He served as Owner and Director of Performance at Velocity Sports Performance – Westchester, where he played a key role in developing training programs for athletes at all levels, from youth and high school competitors to collegiate and professional players, as well as those recovering from injuries.

A graduate of Our Lady of Lourdes High School, Bledsoe went on to play Division I football at Fordham University, where he earned four varsity letters, served as a team captain, and received All-Patriot League honors during his collegiate career.

Following his time as a student-athlete, Bledsoe built a career in strength and conditioning, eventually becoming a managing partner at Velocity Sports Performance – Westchester in 2019. In his role, he also contributed to educational initiatives and media efforts, including involvement in the organization’s Better Athletes Podcast.
